As a general rule there is no charge for us to bring our bars. All we require is a £250 security deposit and a minimum bar spend of £1250.
Cash Bar - This is our most popular option. Guests purchase their own drinks from our well stocked bar. We supply the bar, the staff, the glassware and the stock.
Prepaid bar - The same as a cash bar, but with a pre agreed fee put behind the bar. Upon reaching the limit we'll offer the choice to increase it or change over to a cash bar.
All inclusive - We bring everything. All drinks are free for guests, you pick up the tab at the end of the event.

As well as popular high street brands we also do our best to support independent brewers. Let us know if you have a particular favourite and we'll do our best to stock it.
Our bar has a large range of Spirits, Beers, Ciders and soft drinks. Real Ale can be supplied on request. Our experienced bar tenders also provide a fantastic cocktail service.

We're based in the Midlands and offer our pop up bar service for hire nationwide. Our bars are made by local craftsmen using reclaimed wood.

Are you insured?
Yes! We have public liability insurance and can provide a copy for you or your venue.
Are you licensed?
Of course! Our owner, Amanda, holds the personal license for Joe's Bar. This will be displayed at all times whilst we are operating and if for any reason she is not in attendance, a Designated License Supervisor (DLS) will be on site. We are also available to operate on non-licensed premises, but require sufficient notice so that we can obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the local council. There is a £30 admin charge for a TEN.
How can my guests pay for their drinks?
We have cash tills and card machines that accept most major banks, contactless, Apple Pay and Android Pay.(Please note that our card machines are dependant on a good mobile signal)
How long does setup take?
We ask for a maximum of 4 hours for set up. In that time the bars will built and fully stocked ready for your event. There is a surcharge for venues with difficult access, this will be discussed subject to a site visit.
What time is last orders?
We'll be at the event until sunrise if you want! There's no limit on how long we're there for, but we reserve the right to close at our own discretion. If the premise has licensed operating hours, then we have to abide by them. All of this can be discussed with us.
How much space do you need?
As our bar comes in two sizes, it depends on the size of your event! We ask for a minimum of 3m x 5m.
Do you need power?
Yes please! As well as refrigeration, our bar has its own lights and requires 4 x 13amp sockets.
What do you supply?
We offer a fully stocked bar of premium alcohol. We support local breweries where possible and if there is something particular you would like, let us know and we will see what we can do. We also offer real ale in barrels but require sufficient notice if this is required to ensure the ale has settled before being served. Our cocktail list is varied and unique and our skilled bartenders are on hand to make them.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in the Midlands, UK, but offer nationwide coverage. There are no travel expenses associated with hiring us.
How many can you cater for?
As our bar is a modular system, we can expand it easily to accommodate your requirements.
